Using of REPLACE tool of EXCEL | REPLACE TOOL

 Following procedure to use replace tool.

  • Select the shell want to replace portion in that shell.
  • Press CTL+F.
  • Click on replace.
  • Then two box would be diplayed.
  • In one box of find what,enter the poertion want to replace.
  • Another shell of Replace with, enter the portion you want to change from find what box portion .
  • Then click on replace.
Then that portion would be replaced.
