     With the arrival of a new variant of Corona in South Africa, the investment world has again panicked in view of the new threat.


In anticipation of this emerging new threat, domestic investors sold sharply in the stock market on Friday, due to which the major indices fell flat. Stabilized at 57107.15.

The 50-share index Nifty of the National Stock Exchange also fell 509.80 points, or 2.91 percent, to bond at 16026.45. In this fall of the Sensex, the investor's wealth alone decreased by Rs 7.35 lakh crore.


 In the Sensex pack, all other sectors except the pharma sector fell. Shares of IndusInd Bank fell more than six percent. Shares of Maruti Suzuki, Tata Steel, NTPC, Punjab Finance also slipped by five and a half percent. BSE The midcap and smallcap shares of the company declined up to 3.23 per cent.

    Siddharth Khemka, Head of Retail Research, Motilal Oswal Financial Services, said that due to the spread of the new Orient of Corona, the possibility of restriction on movement at the basic level has become strong. Which can affect the economic recovery.
