Electrical checklist for construction site / Some points before electrical distribution work

 

Check list of Electrical Erection under FSP ADB Scheme.
For erection work 1st we have to erect  Poles which are 4 types i.e 8.5 meter 180kg PCC Pole,9 mtr 400kg PCC Pole,11 Mtr STP,13 Mtr STP.

As per approved GA Drawing , following procedure to erect poles.
1	8.5 Mtr 180 kg pcc pole pit size
	Manual Pit size			0.45x0.45x1.5 mtr		0.303m3
	By hydra/Machine of 20inch blade/fermers			0.508 diax1.5mtr		For Volume-3.14x0.254x0.254x1.5-0.303m3
	By deduction pole size we have to do concreting of volume 0.288 m3(1:2:4 mix ratio)
2	9 Mtr 400 kg pcc pole pit size
	Manual Pit size			0.45x0.45x1.5 mtr		0.303m3
	By hydra/Machine of 20inch blade/fermers			0.508 diax1.5mtr		Volume	3.14x0.254x0.254x1.5mtr
	By deduction pole size we have to do concreting of volume(1:2:4 mix ratio)
3	11 Meter STP
	Manual Pit size					0.55x55x1.8mtr
	By hydra/Machine of 22inch blade/fermers					0.55 diax1.8 mtr
	Muffing					300mm
	By deduction pole size we have to do concreting of volume 0.44 m3(1:2:4 mix ratio)

	By deduction pole size we have to do concreting of volume 0.64 m3(1:2:4 mix ratio)
5	Stay Grounting details
	Stay distance from pole			6150 Tan θ
				(θ angle between pole and stay wire vary from 30 degree to 45 degree)
	Stay distance from pole

               For θ=30degree,stay distance from pole should be 3548.55 mm

                       θ=45degree,stay distance pole should be 6150mm
