India has come the third largest patron of electricity from wind and solar energy in 2024, leaving behind Germany. With this, India has come the third largest solar request after China and America. In 2024, 15 percent of electricity was produced from wind and solar energy encyclopedically, in which India's share was 10. At the same time, 40.9 of the total global electricity was produced from low- carbon sources( renewable and nuclear energy), which has crossed 40 for the first time since 1940. 22 of electricity was generated from clean sources in India, in which 10 was generated from renewable and nuclear energy.
