  • ​New Structure: By late September 2025, satellite imagery analyzed by the Institute for Science and International Security (ISIS) showed that new arch-roofed structures—designed for potential blast mitigation—were built or nearing completion.
  • ​Significance: This rebuilding of a site once linked to Iran's pre-2004 nuclear weapons program (the AMAD Plan) is seen by analysts as raising serious questions about the true purpose of the new facilities and Iran's nuclear intentions.
